Returns & Refunds Policy
Our returns policy allows you to request a full refund if you change your mind (i.e., the goods or services are not faulty and were correctly described) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the cost of returning the item to us.
You have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel your order and return the items.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement.

We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for your purchase, and you will not incur any fees for the refund.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
The item must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
If the item you purchased is faulty, not working properly, or you believe it was not as described, please contact us before requesting a refund. We may be able to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
If you wish to return a physical product, please contact us to let us know. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund will be processed and credit your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Non-Returnable Goods:
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
Goods made to your specifications or personalised items.
If you purchased an item using a discount voucher, we will only refund the amount you paid, not the full retail price of the item.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that do not meet the above conditions, at our discretion.
Returning Goods:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us, unless the items are faulty. Please email us to arrange the return and delivery address- faithful.stitches18@gmail.com
We cannot be held responsible for any goods that are damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of the return delivery.
